Friday March 16th
I worked 7:30-12:30 and when I was off I packed and got ready. At 2pm Nick picked me up and we drove to the airport, we had coffee and an early dinner before we boarded our flight. When arrived we took an Uber to an In-N-Out burger for some yummy burgers 😋 Nick's mom, sister and cousin came and picked us up and went to the house we were staying in. Unpacked and went to bed.
Saturday March 17th
We woke up early and got ready for a full day at Disneyland! Nick's mom dropped me and Nick off at the entrance around when the park opened. The first thing I did was to buy some Minnie Mouse ears 😊 I bought the newest ones in the collection, the rose gold glitter ones – so pretty 😍 Nick had been to Disneyland a bunch of times so he knows everything like where to go first to skip the big lines and in which order and how to get everywhere! It was only us too this day and we had lot of fun at the happiest place on earth and the weather was perfect 😀 For dinner Nick had booked a table at a fancy restaurant The Blue Bayou, we had surf and turf and for the first time during my two years in America I found bearnaise sauce and I was super happy and it was so good so I asked for some extra 😅 The night ended with some beautiful fireworks over the princess castle 😊 Afterwards we went back to the house had some In-N-Out burgers and went to bed.
Sunday March 18th
Once again up early to pack, clean the house and get ready for a full day at California Adventure! This day it was all of us 🙂 In this park there used to be a ride with the Twilight Zone that Nick had talked so much about cause it was an elevator ride and I'm afraid of elevators! But he said that they had changed it to Guardians of the Galaxy and that he didn't know how the new ride was gonna be. After some time we were all standing in line and said to Nick "I'm scared! Are you sure it's not gonna be an elevator?" And he answered something like "I don't, I think something with a spaceship" and oh man he was wrong!! Cause it's was not a spaceship it was en elevator ride that went up and drops you down over and over – my nightmare! I was screaming, crying and holding on to Nick for dear life!! When the ride was over my legs were like jelly for some time! We also saw a Frozen musical 🙂 In the afternoon it was time to leave and go to the airport and go back home to Seattle! It was short intense but awesome weekend at Disneyland 😄
