Friday April 30th
After work Nick picked me up and we drove to Northgate mall for some happy hour at RAM, yummy 😋 After dinner we went University Village to check out Crate and Barrel before we went to Art Marble 21 to play some games. Is a bar with an arcade and the games are free! We had a fun night 😀
Saturday April 31st
In the morning Nick and I went out for some errands, we went to World Market and I found some Swedish candy 😋 We also went to the grocery store to buy some ingredients for my carrot cake I was going to bake for the Easter brunch. My grandma had sent me a recipe of the cake and I had plans to make two carrot cakes but it didn't go as I wanted. The first cake overflowed and I started crying cause it didn't go as planned so I'm standing there in the kitchen with messy cake that I just wanted to throw away but then Nick's mom came up with the idea to make cake pops! The other cake baked good cause we took some batter out and made cupcakes. So at the end I had one carrot cake, carrot cake cupcakes and carrot cake cake pops 😅 It all turned out good even though it didn't go as planned 😋
Sunday April 1st
Easter 🐣 and Happy 2 years in Seattle!!! Crazy 😱 Nick and I finished the cake pops and then helped cleaning the house while Nick's mom made her stuff for the Easter brunch with Nick's family 😀 Everyone brought some good stuff so we had a big smorgasbord for the brunch, yummy 😋 In the evening Nick and I went to go see a movie – Love, Simon
